Refund Policy
Published At 06/08/2026Eligibility for Refund & Exchange All deskmat purchases are final. However, we will gladly examine and consider a replacement or refund request if you receive a defective item (e.g., misdescribed product, printing errors, or visible stains) or the wrong item.
How to Claim
- Claims must be made within 3 (three) days after you receive the product.
- Video Unboxing is required. Please record a clear, uncut video while opening the package as proof of the defect.
- The deskmat must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process the replacement or refund within 7 (seven) working days. Refunds will include the full amount paid for the product.
