Shipping & Processing Once we have received and confirmed your payment, please allow 1 – 2 working days for us to prepare and pack your deskmat. We will inform you of the tracking number via email once the package is dispatched.

Couriers & Delivery Time We currently use reliable local couriers (such as JNE, J&T, etc.) for our deliveries.

• Domestic Shipping: It usually takes 2 – 5 working days for the courier to deliver the products depending on your location.
• If it takes longer than the estimated period, please contact us and we will gladly help you track the package.

Liability Please make sure to provide the correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for any delay, loss, or damage to the product that occurs during transit once the package is handed over to the courier. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier if such an event happens.
